1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
No! Shipping is always FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days, broken down as follows:
- Processing & Handling: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Transit: 4–5 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@perfumeexpoinc.com.
While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unsprayed, and in their original sealed condition with all original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer if the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong fragrance.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
