1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Processing & Handling Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday)
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Zones, Rates & Transit Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost: FREE Shipping on all orders within the United States
- Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday – Saturday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (processing time + transit time)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday order volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to update and become active on the carrier's website.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- For any urgent changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@perfumeexpoinc.com.
5. Additional Information
Address Accuracy:
To ensure a timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
