At Perfume Expo Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Method
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@perfumeexpoinc.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address after reviewing your request.
All returns must be sent by mail. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, fragrances must be unused, unsprayed, and returned in their original condition, including:
- Original perfume box and packaging
- All seals, labels, and tags intact and unbroken
- Any accessories, gift packaging, or promotional items included with the order
Items showing signs of use, broken seals, sprayed nozzles, missing fragrance content, damaged packaging, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
4. Return Shipping Fees
We handle return shipping costs based on the reason for the return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a fragrance that is defective, damaged during transit, or is not the item you ordered, Perfume Expo Inc. will cover the entire return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, so there is no cost to you.
Change of Mind:
If you're returning a fragrance simply because you've changed your mind (for example, you no longer want the item or selected the wrong scent), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
7.Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible fragrances to ensure you get the perfect scent you love.
- To request an exchange for a different fragrance, edition, or product, please contact our customer support team at support@perfumeexpoinc.com with your Order Number and exchange details.
- Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items
